Titles at Stake

The situation of few Superstars has become worse due to the transitions made by the Draft at the Monday night Raw. Four Champions who have different titles with them also moved to different brands and thus took their titles with them. But according to McMahon’s ruling the Night of Champions matches will remain unaffected thus the battles between the stars have become “War of the Brands”.

After his loss to Cena, Triple H was moved to SmackDown but Raw has a good opportunity to win its title back. Cena will be fighting the Game at the Night of Champions and if he can do what he did at WrestleMania 22 he can get the title, which Cena brought at the WWE Draft 2005, back to Raw. The title was brought to the Raw by Cena.

Raw will also be hoping to get its second title back that is currently held by Edge, the World Heavyweight Champion who had moved to SmackDown due to the Draft. SmackDown presently holds Raw’s two World Championships titles but Raw can leave the SmackDown without any World title if the Animal beats the Edge in a title match at the Night of Champions.

The situation is worse for ECW which along with its Champion Kane lost the title at the Draft. Now ECW remains with just one in a three chance to get the title back at the night of Champions. But if Cena or the Animal loses then SmackDown will have all the titles with Raw and ECW being title less.
