The match saw an uncommon finish when Mickie defeated Katie. Katie’s brother Paul tried to take revenge from James for his sister Katie but Kofi Kingston ran towards the ring to protect Mickie James from his assault.

Kofi Kingston vs. Paul Burchill
Kofi took on post match assault from Paul last week after his victory but this time protected James from the same thing which resulted in the match between Kofi and Paul. The Jamaican star took his revenge by pinning Paul.

Beth Phoenix vs. Santino Marella
The match came as a shame for Santino Marella when he challenged the Diva Beth Phoenix commonly known for her strength and physique. In this inter gender match Phoenix stood victorious.

CM Punk vs. Kane
The Big Red Machine apologized to the WWE crew for what he had done last week. Kane, who challenged Punk for a non title match, lost with ease and then started attacking him again. The Animal protected his Great American Bash’s opponent so that he remains fit for the match.

Chris Jericho vs. Paul London
Y2J Jericho defeated Paul London by hitting Walls of Jericho and then finishing off with submission holds. After the match Jericho was involved in war of words with HBK Shawn Michaels.

John Cena & Cryme Tyme vs. JBL & Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase
Cena with Cryme Tyme challenged JBL in a six man Tag Team match with other two members of his choice. JBL took Tag Team Champions Cody Rhodes and DiBiase but to no avail. JBL lost the match when he was ruled disqualified. Cena chased him to the parking lot where he just managed to escape car crash from JBL.
