Friday Night’s SmackDown Results
MVP vs. CM Punk
Montel Vontavious Porter was unhappy with the SmackDown because of under appreciation given to him. MVP reported to General Manager Vickie Guerrero that his talents are not being used to their full potential on SmackDown. So he wanted the contract to be re-negotiated, but the problem being that the contract was signed by Long and not by Guerrero. So in the battle, MVP attempts to “take care” of CM Punk, in hopes of re-negotiating his contract but was disqualified resulting in a win to Punk.
